Career Plan
The Career Plan is the culminating report that summarizes the participant’s activity results, presents recommended occupations based on those results, and offers suggestions for next steps in the participant’s journey to their next job.

This section provides a detailed breakdown of the participant's scores in each of the Work Ready Soft Skills and Work Ready Academic Skills diagnostic assessments, their answers to the Career Interests surveys and Financial Reality Check, and their progress in the Soft Skills and Academic Skills training modules. This information continues to update as participants complete or retake activities.

- Work Ready Soft Skills: Explains the importance of soft skills in the workplace and in life. If the participant did not reach mastery in the soft skills modules, they will be prompted with a recommendation to complete the Essential Soft Skills training (optional).
- Career Interests: Explains the three Career Interests modules—My Interests, My Occupations, and My Work Values.
- My Interests: Provides an explanation of each of the six interest categories—Social, Conventional, Enterprising, Artistic, Realistic, and Investigative.
- My Occupations: Provides a list of recommended occupations that match the preferences the participant identified in the other surveys.
- My Work Values: Provides an explanation of the six work value categories—Achievement, Independence, Recognition, Relationships, Support, and Working Conditions.
- Financial Reality Check: Walks the participant through the results of their Reality Check activity and shows the annual salary they need to support their lifestyle.
- Work Ready Academic Skills: Explains the achievement levels in the Work Ready Academic Skills Training and how they correspond to career pathways. Depending on their posttest results, the participant may be prompted to continue through the training and achieve higher scores so they can match with more higher level occupations.
This section provides a list of recommended occupations based on the participant's activity results in Work Ready Soft Skills, Career Interests, Financial Reality Check, and Work Ready Academic Skills. This information can also be found in the Careers section of My Work Ready.
